Shipping

Prints are wrapped in protective packaging and securely packed into in a thick sturdy cardboard envelope. Great care is taken to ensure these items arrive to their final destination in a safe manner. nline can make all the difference.

Custom and Commission works are shipped with insurance to cover the item’s purchased value. Any shipment damage becomes a liability of Sendle or alternative carrier service employed, and resulting insurance claims are approved at their discretion. We are not liable for any claims or damages not covered by Insurance.

All custom prints / commission  Domestic orders deliveries have an aim within 15 business days and international orders within 20 business days.  Additional time may be required for these items as they require additional post production and printing time.

Delivery costs do not include import duties and/or any local taxes or charges incurred at some destinations. These are payable by the buyer on receipt of goods.

Pleasenote that all time estimates listed on this site are approximations only and may be affected by national holidays and rules / regulations associated with local post offices.

Returns

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please reach out immediately here.

All claims pertaining to damage from shipment must be asserted in writing within 5 days (preferably sooner) of receipt of the product, inclusive of images of the item as it was received or such claims are waived in perpetuity.

All returns are to be shipped back to the artist at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed. All print sales are final. Please do contact me should you have any issues.
